I’d be 22 on 18 May 2012.
#3 How much weight have you lost in total?
15kg/33lbs - from my highest weight of 89kg/198lbs to 75kg/165lbs.
#4 How did you start off this journey?

#5 Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Singapore, and am still currently residing here.
#6 When did you first started to lose weight?
July 2010 - When I first got a gym membership.
#7 What are you current doing? What’s your occupation?
I’m currently an undergraduate student in the National University of Singapore (NUS). A student in the Faculty of the Arts and Social Sciences (FASS), majoring in Communications and New Media (CNM).

#9 What do you usually eat?
Here are my favorites, chosen based on how I’ve been brought up, local costs/accessibility:The staples
- Chicken breast
- Salmon
- Canned tuna (in water)
- Eggs (yes, I eat the yolks!)
- All natural peanut butter
- Oatmeal
- Vegetables (broccoli/carrot/peppers/tomatoes)
- Mushrooms
- Fruits (berries/cherries/pears)
- Nuts: (macademia/almonds/walnuts/cashews)
The indulgences
- Macarons
- Red velvet cake
- A ton of ice cream
- Anything chocolate, really
#10 Do you have cheat meals? And how often?
I don’t use the term ‘cheat meals’ because when I don’t like how it makes me feel obligated to feel guilty for eating the things I love and have an (almost) embarrassing weakness for.80% of my diet focusses on whole foods. My main priority is getting my protein in. And then the remaining 20% is left to food choices based on personal preferences.Learn about why there’s no such thing as clean or dirty foods.
#11 Did you suffer from any eating disorders?
Sugar addiction (I mean really compulsive sugar consumption - pints of ice cream/nutella with a spoon.. followed by brownies/cookies…) and binge eating disorders. Learn more about my story in this little video of mine, and how I can help you overcome it and get better.

I’m currently practicing Intermittent Fasting.My fasting window: 14-16 hours (depending on how busy I am in the day)My macronutrient numbers:(Updated: 1/1/12 - will alter periodically)Rest day:

#13 How did you calculate your macros?
Using this Intermittent Fasting calculator to give me a base to work with.I customized a lot of the numbers based on my Lean Body Mass and personal requirements.
