1) Throw away your measuring cups + Use a digital scale.
The extra mountainous heap of peanut butter might double your servings (that’s an extra 100 calories right there). It’s fine once, twice, but if it’s a habit - you’re derailing your progress, while still ‘unsure what the hell went wrong’.
2) Start learning to eyeball your macros...

is… a kitchen digital scale.
Spent the entire day out with momsy in town running errands, visiting the dermatologist, as well as get some last minute xmas shopping (12 days.. right?).
Macros pretty close to where I want them to be:
Rest day: 43(F)/44(C)/169(P)
Slightly under F and tipped abit over C > But it’s all good.
Cooked this pre-fast. 160g Protein/18g Fat/27g...

Getting back on Intermittent Fasting
Past Failures:
Abusing IF for sugar binges
Not meeting macros
Coldness was a little unbearable
Took my fasting window way above the prescribed 14 hours
Wasn’t on BCAA’s
Basically, it was a half-assed attempt
Changes now:
Adhering strictly to 14 hour fasts
During fast: water/coffee
Xtend Scivation during workouts
Still trying to work out my macros
