Rsdnt Fit Bunney

Rsdnt Fit Bunney

10 weeks into my cut, Angels! :)
You don’t need a lifetime to rewrite your destiny.
If you need change, don’t waste your time trying to seek the perfect way to start. Start, right NOW. Start, because the status quo is not enough. Start, because you’re hungry to see how far you can take you and your dreams to.
It doesn’t have to just be limited to weight loss. It could be gaining muscles, It could be gaining balance, agility.
The biggest mental barrier, I feel, is the thought that change takes forever. Thinking about how far our goals are, it’s hard not to feel discouraged, demotivated and overwhelmed. But no, I’m going to repeat this again and again. It doesn’t take a lifetime to rewrite your destiny. Celebrate the small wins today, that will maketh a better you tomorrow. Focus on your plans today, and the future rewards will come to those who are committed and patient.
People, fear and rewards can only motivate you for so long. At the end of the day, it’s SELF-MOTIVATION that perseveres.
NO MATTER how ‘small’ your goal seems.NO MATTER how ‘big’ your goals are.
You want that change? Let’s DO THIS ANGELS. ;)
——-*My cutting plan is based off my own history of training, and is specific to my own needs and schedules. There is NO perfect way to get there. You need to understand your personal goals, and craft a plan that’s specially designed for YOU. It’s okay if the plan’s not perfect. The aim is to fail, so you learn, tweak your plans. Progress via baby steps, every single day. :)
