i just wanted to tell that girl at the gym just now that she is super cool and sexy even though she doesnt have those slim supermodel body. i have a crush on her already. She’s bigger and stronger than me. she lifted dumbbells, plates, and barbell. the only girl who lifted all three with guys looking at her. i dont even do barbell.
she walked out of the gym with that athlete swagger when i called out to her thrice to tell her how feel but she ignored me and untied her hair before she disappear. i dont blame her if she think i am trying to hit on her.
she reminds me of fitbunney.

This is how veiny (normally I don’t have my veins pop up) my hands ended up after today’s psycho hybrid (high intensity cardio/kickboxing) class. Oh shit it was nuts but awesome!!! Also I did 10 min on the bike @ intensity 10-12, and ran for 5 min @ 7rpm. Ooohh and let’s not forget I walked to Starbucks on my lunch break for 20 min (10 to go & 10 to come back) on fucking heels with the sun on my face!!! ^_^ WIN!!!

Ever since I joined the Fit Angels group on fitocracy, I’ve been more motivated than ever. I like being called a fit angel, it makes me feel good about myself. It also inspires me to work my ass off, literally. I’m so in love with that group, thank you fitbunney for creating it. You are my hero.

POST-WORKOUT 5MIN MEAL FIX @ LATENIGHTS.
If you’re a busy fitbuns like me, sometimes I just NEED to get a meal done without 7 spices + 8 condiments + 323224244 ingredients. (I’d very much like to shower and sleep, thanks)
This is going to be sheer heaven for those of us who works out in the evening, and come back and BAM! so the battle starts….. what the heck should I eat?
Prep Time: 2 mins (Always have hardboiled eggs as a staple in your fridge so you don’t need to spend time daily boiling them over)
Actual cooking time: 5 mins
Equipment: Your rockin’ body + a toaster.Ingredients:
5 thin asparagus spears, sliced
3 baby honey tomatoes, diced
1/2 slice turkey breast, shredded
3 boiled egg whitesA dash:
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Cajun Seasoning (or any other spices - garlic&lemon/paprika/curry etc)
Black PepperNot like there’s much to do… but:
Wrap the magic in aluminum foil like it’s christmas day and toast it at 230 deg for 5 mins.
You get your protein. You get your fibrous carbs from the vegs. It’s hot (unlike a cold canned of tuna…… sorry boys). It’s damn well tastyy noshhh.
But my favourite part? It’s A MEAL DONE IN 5 MINUTES.
